Getting to the Museum by Car

From the East Bay	Take Interstate 80 West and exit at Fremont Street. Make an immediate left from Fremont onto Howard Street and get into the right lane. Go three blocks and turn right onto Third Street. SFMOMA is on your right.
From the Peninsula	Take Highway 101 North until it connects to Interstate 80; exit at Fourth Street. Fourth immediately leads onto Bryant Street. Turn left from Bryant onto Third Street and follow it until you reach the museum, which is on your right.
From the North Bay	Take Highway 101 South to Lombard Street. Follow Lombard to Van Ness Avenue; turn right. Follow Van Ness until you reach Golden Gate Avenue; turn left. Follow Golden Gate as it crosses Market Street onto Sixth Street. Turn left from Sixth Street onto Folsom Street; turn left onto Third. SFMOMA is on your right.
